At Hazel Designer Clothing, we ensure your bespoke pieces reach you with the same care they were crafted. We ship globally from our atelier in Maharashtra.

Domestic orders (India): 7-10 business days for ready-to-wear; 4-6 weeks for bespoke.
International orders: 15-20 business days via premium couriers.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within [Insert number, e.g., 1 to 2] business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping in India We deliver to almost every part of India, subject to serviceability by our courier partners.

Shipping Charges: Domestic shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout on the basis of the weight and volume of the fabric/products in your order.
Estimated Delivery Time: Once dispatched, domestic delivery typically takes 3 to 7 working days. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, our customer support team will proactively keep you informed. Please note that HAZEL is not liable for any delays caused by courier partners or beyond our reasonable control.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on orders above INR 999, subject to the serviceability of your pin code by our courier partners.

An additional flat convenience charge of Rs. 80 applies to all COD orders.
Optional addition: The maximum order value for COD is INR 9999/-.
For orders above this amount, please use prepaid payment methods.

International Shipping

We ship across the globe via DHL and other global courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time: International deliveries typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Charges: Real-time international shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your product selection, weight, volume, and destination country.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

All international shipping charges are exclusive of any customs duties or local taxes. Most countries allow imports up to a specific value without charging duty (known as the De Minimis value).

If your order exceeds this value, your local customs authority will charge you import duties and taxes upon the shipment's arrival.

Order Tracking & Delivery Issues

Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment's progress.
Failed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to [Insert number, e.g., 3] times before returning the package to us. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or non-availability, standard reshipping charges will apply.
